Santa Fe, Boston and Beyond
Although I have been the membership director at NACDL for the past year and a half, I have been working with our Affiliates for only a couple of months. I recently attended my first Council of Affiliates meeting in Santa Fe, N.M. At this meeting I had the opportunity to experience the planning process for the upcoming council elections and to learn about other issues before the council. I am looking forward to seeing council members in August at the NACDL Annual Meeting in Boston. Speaking of Boston, I hope to meet many members of our Affiliates at our 8th annual State Legislative Network Conference at the Westin Copley Place Hotel, August 5-7.
