Join NACDL in beautiful San Diego for the 4th Annual West Coast White Collar Conference, "Turning the Tables on the Government", where our focus is on pure substance, the hottest topics, and offering our attendees the best faculty in the practice of white collar defense, while also providing great networking events and activities.
After three successful years of hosting this conference in Lake Tahoe, we've decided to take it on the road to bring this popular event to even more of our west coast practitioners at a new and exciting location. This year's conference will be held by the water in San Diego, CA, at the luxurious Paradise Point Resort & Spa, June 19-20, 2014.
The program will feature several innovative changes to the agenda such as several breakout sessions, which allow attendees to delve into as many hot topic white collar practice issues as possible. We will also use one comprehensive “hypothetical” throughout the conference--an innovative development that will provide a fuller learning experience by allowing faculty and participants to dig in to one fact pattern, developing it further with each session, while navigating the interconnected web of legal issues that can arise in white collar practice.
We will open with the cutting-edge topic of government surveillance and close with mock trial technique demonstrations by masters of the bar, led by the director of the nation's top-ranked law school trial advocacy program. And, if that weren't enough, Supreme Court litigator and nationally recognized criminal procedure expert Jeffrey Fisher will join us to share insights about the Court.
Rest assured, this conference will deliver an overall experience that cannot be missed! --Join us in San Diego!
Make it a family summer getaway! Paradise Point Resort is a perfect location for bringing along the family. Right on the water, it offers abundant options for family and kids' activities throughout the day: http://www.paradisepoint.com/mission-bay-children-activities.php
