Gris-Gris is a voodoo term referring to luck, a powerful spell, and an endowment of inherent will and power — things we could all use in voir dire.
In this program, we will cover basic and advanced principles of effective voir dire, how jurors really think and decide, how to find the jurors of your dreams, and avoid those that will give you nightmares. You will learn the most effective voir dire approaches and techniques needed to conduct comprehensive jury selection.
Get modern insight from some of the most knowledgeable jury selection experts in the country. Join your international NACDL colleagues in New Orleans, and return home ready to embrace and employ the gris-gris you’ve learned in your next jury trial — register today!
