Mukund Rathi is the Legal Resource Fellow in the Return to Freedom Project at the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He works on multiple forms of post-conviction relief - such as compassionate release and clemency - for people in prison. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
