Mukund Rathi is the Legal Fellow in the Fourth Amendment Center at the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He works on issues at the intersection of privacy rights and emerging technology in the digital age. Mukund helps prepare educational materials for criminal defense lawyers and assists with litigation and research.
He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he worked in the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic and the East Bay Community Law Center’s Immigration Clinic, and interned at the Electronic Frontier Foundation, the ACLU Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project, and the ACLU of Northern California.
