Program Summary: Cross-examination is a fundamental tool in the trial lawyer's toolbox, yet knowing how to use it effectively in different circumstances can often present a challenge. Knowing the law and ethical limitations along with organizational and impeachment techniques will help any trial advocate lay a strong foundation for success at cross. Now, we'll take it a step farther and show you specifically how to set up your cross-examination in a variety of different scenarios, how to convey a story through cross, and offer specific sessions on cross-examining some of the most challenging of witnesses - kids, experts, cops, and snitches.
