David Seltzer (Miami, FL)
David Seltzer started his law career as a paralegal in New York City, prior to his first year at Thomas Cooley Law School. David transferred to the University of
Miami School of Law, where he graduated in 2004. His first job was as a Miami-Dade County State Attorney, where he quickly moved through the office and landed a coveted spot in Cyber Crimes unit, a burgeoning field in 2006. There, he was responsible for any crime related to technology. The majority of the crimes were child pornography, solicitation, and hacking.
In 2008, David opened up his own practice in Miami, Florida where he focused primarily on criminal defense and specifically cybercrimes defense. David quickly established himself as one of the “go-to-guys” for cybercrimes cases. In 2010, he created a curriculum where he taught at judicial college in Florida about various matters related to cybercrimes. Throughout the years, David’s practice has taken him all over the United States and Canada.
