Program Summary: This program will help you improve your stagecraft by addressing cutting-edge methods of jury selection and persuasion, and teach you how to voir dire using the modern art of jury de-selection; which many feel is the most effective way to select a jury that will be open to your theory of the case. Nationally known trial lawyers and consultants will discuss specific voir dire questions and techniques on difficult topics ranging from race, to immigration, to child sexual assault. You will learn how to make the most of technology in jury selection from conducting online research on prospective jurors, to technology tools you can use for tracking jurors.
