You will also learn about the various styles of negotiation, and how to choose the most persuasive style during pre-trial negotiations. In the event your trial ends up in the sentencing phase, you will learn how to identify and explain how relevant mitigating factors impacted your client's life, and how to craft a story that explains these mitigating factors persuasively. Lastly, you will learn how to simplify complicated forensic science concepts to create the most persuasive argument for your case.
