Program Summary: Violent crimes involving, murder, mayhem, or malice, present a unique set of challenges for criminal defense lawyers. These are the most difficult cases; police and prosecutors devote more time and resources to them, jurors are more likely to convict, and judges send clients away for life without blinking an eye.
