NACDL is looking to hire a dynamic Administrative Assistant to work with the Executive Director and the head of Development and Fundraising. This role serves as the eyes and ears connecting projects and critical business information to the ED and ensuring meetings and materials are timely and complete. This role will coordinate and manage executive scheduling and prepare and organize necessary materials and reports. In addition, the Administrative Assistant acts as a liaison to the Board of Directors and the Board of Trustees, supporting board meetings and preparing board materials.
