Amending the Budget

The Budget Committee and the Executive Committee authorize similar expenditure in Fiscal Year 2010.

Whereas, NACDL previously authorized a budget amendment in the Fiscal Year 2009 budget to permit expenditure of up to $15,000 to fund a law intern; and

Whereas, those funds were not expended and remained in reserve;

The Budget Committee and the Executive Committee hereby authorize similar expenditure in Fiscal Year 2010.
