RESOLVED, that the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers supports the efforts to establish death penalty colleges at the University of Michigan and at St. Mary's University in San Antonio.
NACDL recommends that the efforts be coordinated with Ellen Kreitzberg, Dean of the Death Penalty College at the University of Santa Clara Law School, with regard to scheduling and faculty.
NACDL's president is authorized to write letters on behalf of the Association in support of these efforts, and the Association's Death Penalty Committee and Resource Counsel Renee McDonald are directed to support these efforts.
