Take Action Learn More About the Death Penalty
NACDL is working with Ohioans to Stop Executions (OTSE) to advocate for the passage of SB 103 and HB 183, which would repeal the death penalty in Ohio. OTSE leads #NoDeathPenaltyOH, a campaign to abolish Ohio's capital punishment system. In February 2022, NACDL issued a legislative action alert to members and advocates in support of this legislation.
