Candidates must be
- Currently enrolled in law school or graduate school on a full-time or part-time basis.
- NACDL is currently unable to offer internships to undergraduate students.
- Recent college graduates working under a post-graduation fellowship program will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Either eligible to receive academic credit for their internship OR have secured funding through a grant, fellowship, or similar compensation source.
- NACDL is unable to offer compensation AND does not accept students for unpaid, non-credit internships.
- Committed to a minimum of 60 hours of work over the course of at least 6 weeks.
- Interested students must complete NACDL’s Internship Application form and provide a current resume.
