If your team is determined to be eligible, you will be provided with a form that all team members will need to fill out in advance of receiving consultation. Each team member is expected to participate in the consultation.
Please note that while these training programs are targeted toward pretrial, state-level cases, we invite people with other kinds of cases to contact Katherine Jensen by email with what training your capital team might need as we are interested in exploring offering other kinds of seminars.
