Florida Abortion Law Post-Dobbs

Florida has a 6-week abortion ban with exceptions for rape, incest, and human trafficking; serious bodily harm to the pregnant person; and fatal fetal anomalies. This ban went into effect after the Florida Supreme Court approved enforcement of a 15-week ban in Planned Parenthood v. Florida.
