Read the pre-hearing news release (Feb. 14, 2012)
To ensure the accuracy of each transcript, NACDL forwarded each witness a copy of their testimony and asked that they review the document for substantive inaccuracies. Although the majority of witnesses believed their testimony was accurately reflected, a few witnesses submitted edits. Those edits have been incorporated at the end of each transcript as an errata page.
The Task Force is confident of the substantial accuracy of these transcripts.
