The brief argues for a dismissal of the indictment or a reveral of the conviction on the grounds that the government committed grave misconduct by opperating "Playpen", a website that was one of the worlds largest distrubutors of CSAM. The FBI targeted Mr. Tippens' computer with malware--or a NIT--after the computer accessed the site.
