Prior Conviction Impeachment
Learn more about impeachment by prior conviction, from a report to videos on the subject.
The impeachment of witnesses and defendants with their prior convictions is an antiquated practice that warrants critical examination. This webinar delves into this practice and offers suggestions for reforms. The video content below is all FREE, but registration is required.
