Gerald Lippert serves as Chief Learning Officer, spearheading legal education content, resources, and professional development at NACDL. He oversees the legal education programming, content, and curriculum, as well as the sales, marketing, and advertising of educational products. Before joining NACDL, he served in the Legislative Affairs Office in the White House for President William Jefferson Clinton, as a Legislative Assistant in the Democratic Policy Committee for then House Minority Leader Richard Gephardt, and as a Legislative Assistant to US Congresswoman Patsy T. Mink of Hawai’i. Lippert has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona and an Associates Degree in International Finance and Trade from Pima College.
