William P. Wolf is a former member of NACDL’s Board of Directors (2002-2007, 2010-2016, and 2017-2020) and a Past President of the Illinois Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Wolf is now the owner of a small criminal defense firm; the Law Office of William Wolf, LLC. He is a former Assistant Public Defender with the Cook County Public Defender's Office where he was been employed for over 23 years. His longest and most notable assignment there was (for over 11 years) as a member of the Office’s Homicide Task Force where he defended homicide cases at the trial level. Mr. Wolf has been a member of several of NACDL's committees, including serving as co-chair of NACDL's Indigent Defense Committee (now Public Defense Committee) for 2 years. Mr. Wolf has spoken on a variety of criminal justice topics across the country and has been published on various criminal justice topics.

 Timothy Zerillo is the founder of Zerillo Law Firm, LLC, based in Portland,Maine. Tim regularly handles federal and state criminal defense, civil rights and complex litigation matters.  Tim practices throughout Maine in Federal and State Courts.   Tim is on the Board of Directors and is Chair of the Membership Committee for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  He is also a Past President of the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, where he remains the Chair of the MACDL Continuing Legal Education Committee.   Tim is the author of the book "Defending Specific Crimes", now in its second edition edition for James Publishing. He regularly publishes articles focusing on criminal law issues.Â

Jeffrey Zimmerman has over 25 years of experience representing individuals facing a broad range of criminal charges, from white collar prosecutions to capital cases. Jeff also specializes in defending individuals and entities in civil and criminal forfeiture matters. He is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia bars and practices in federal trial and appellate courts nationwide.
Jeff has been named in the list of preeminent lawyers in the field of criminal defense by Virginia Super Lawyers and as a Top Criminal Defense Lawyer by Northern Virginia Magazine. He is a frequent speaker on forfeiture litigation and federal criminal matters. He has been featured in various media including the New York Times, National Public Radio, and CNN.Â
