United States v. John Ford
This case is on appeal to the Sixth Circuit. Following the Skilling decision, the Sixth Circuit ordered the parties to submit supplemental briefs addressing the impact of Skilling on Ford’s convictions. With briefing complete, oral argument has been set for March 9th.
