United States v. Robert A. Urciuoli
The First Circuit affirmed Urciuoli's conviction, after the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Skilling, on the basis of Skilling itself and other grounds. The Court held that “this case is the core bribery offense preserved by Skilling.”
